Compose a direct message.

How to Access Direct Mail



Select More in the blue banner at the top of your screen, then select Direct Email. From here, you can view your inbox and create new messages.

Note: Due to security encryption, direct email can only support other direct email addresses. Direct email is not intended to be used for “back and forth” communication. Rather, it is designed for a provider to send confidential documentation to another provider at a separate practice.

 


After selecting Direct Email, you will choose New Message and compose the email you want to send.

 


Compose your desired message. Once complete, select Send Message.
