Encounter forms may be generated as a patient arrives, while a recall can be stored to alert staff of an upcoming scheduled appointment. The robust appointment scheduler can accommodate 85 provider's schedules and 17 office locations. The appointment scheduler contains a wide variety of user-defined customizations including multiple patterns with time, location, and number of patients for each provider. In addition, numerous appointment search criteria are available consisting of first available appointment by date, location, provider, and/or type of visit. Multiple views are accessible including appointments in summary or detail mode, patient and types of appointment, provider and room, provider and equipment, daily and weekly schedule, no show, cancellations, and rescheduled. View patient balance and insurance information when making an appointment. An alert note, if noted on the account, displays when making or accessing an existing appointment. Users can easily print or view a list of patients for each day or future days by doctor or location.
