Custom Report Generator:
Customizable reports generated on any field in the entire program. Templates may be stored for reports that are used repeatedly.
Reimbursement Management Report:
Lists all payments, write-offs, adjustments and transfers to patient for each charge attached to the selected insurance companies.
Transaction Analysis:
Compares the charges, payments, credits and debits for two time periods, often the current month and the fiscal year. This report may be run for a specific provider, location, and referral source or grouped together.
Performance Analysis:
Shows all charges, payments, credits, debits and net amounts for a 12-month period. It may include one or all providers and a summary sheet prints at the end of the report.
Unpaid Claims:
Lists all outstanding insurance claims that match a certain criteria. May select from a filing date, patient name and/or insurance company, primary, secondary, tertiary insurance and an insurance company category. Print this report in alphabetic or numeric order.
Aging Analysis:
List of all patients, insurance, total balances, aged and current - 31-60, 61-90, 91-120 and over 120 days. This report may be run for a specific provider, location, and referral source or grouped together.
Recall/Unseen Recall:
Lists all patients with a stored recall within a specified date range. The report may be limited to a specific provider, location or type of recall. Labels for postcards or letters may also be printed. The Unseen Recall Report lists all patients with a recall date in the selected date range, but no charges posted after the recall date.
Referral Analysis:
The Referral Analysis report lists the number of patients, number of new patients, and the number of charges posted for a selected referral source or all referral sources during the selected date range. You may order the report either by Referral User code or by Name.
Authorization Expiration:
The Authorization Expiration report lists all patients whose authorization expiration date is within the selected date range. This report may be run for a specific insurance company or all, one insurance category or all, in patient name, insurance company, or expiration date order. The user may choose to include primary insurance only, secondary insurance only, or both.
Daily Recap:
The Daily Recap report lists the charges, payments and adjustments for each date in the range in either date of posting or date of service order. It may be run for a specific provider, location, referral source, user category, or grouped by each.
Insured Patient Analysis:
The Insured Patient Analysis report indicates the number of patients and the percent of the practice assigned to each insurance company; either Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, or All. This report may be run for a specific insurance company, insurance category, or both, in either user code or name order. The user may choose to include patients with no insurance.
Mail Merge:
For creation of letters to groups or types of patients, providers, insurance companies, referrals or attorneys. Information is produced by merging information from the system. Mail merge may also be used to generate patient and chart labels.
Report Previews:
Available on-screen before printing to paper.
Creativity and flexibility
Extensive financial reporting tools are a significant part of the system. A prime example is the Report Generator that allows customization of reports based upon user-specified data on almost any field in the entire ZOOM system. Hundreds of reports are quickly and easily generated in ZOOM and may be viewed on-screen before printing. These tools and many more allow staff to dramatically improve the financial management of the practice.
