Innovation's payment posting window displays patient and insurance payment posting data, along with co-payments, refunds, adjustments, transfers, credits and collection detail. All necessary information is readily available so each practice has the tools to help manage financial data.

The system's financial features reduce billing costs and speed up collections by simplifying the insurance and patient billing process. Innovation stores patient and insurance claim information for accurate one-click refiling. Multiple or individual claims may be processed on demand. Furthermore, overpayments may be stored and applied at a later date, deductibles may be billed to the patient automatically and payments may be based on allowed or billed amount with contractual write-off's automatically calculated. Reports, such as Unpaid Claims report, list all open claims. Unpaid claims may be refiled by paper, electronic, or both, within a specified date range. Batch posting is also available to increase staff efficiency.
