Whether in single or multiple site environments, Innovation incorporates everything that is needed to successfully perform vital tasks. With easy access to patient check-in and registration information, multiple tasks can be performed and the efficient tracking of time spent with each patient is documented. Actions from the Check-In/Out screen include charge and payment posting, patient receipt generation, appointments booked, patient's financial ledger displayed, and any patient information can be printed all from this screen. In addition, the check-in feature allows encounter forms to be generated as a patient arrives, while a recall can be stored to alert staff of an upcoming scheduled appointment.

Mission Control
The Check-In/Out window is the focal point for entering an entire day's work. The flexible and intuitive design of the window permits information to be accessed by provider and/or location and sorted by name, appointment type, provider or location. With pertinent patient and insurance financial information displayed, Users have many tools necessary to streamline the administrative workflow of the practice.
