Charge or payment item notes may be generated and may be marked for inclusion on patient statements and/or insurance forms. Assorted ledger views include brief, detailed, charges, payments and adjustments. Ledger may also be sorted by claim number or date of service. For user convenience, Innovation grants access to "ledger search" for quick access to specific information including service dates, posting dates, CPT code, location, provider and amount.
