Does your system come with a guarantee?
Yes! If the system does not perform as demonstrated, we will refund the entire software purchase.
Is your system HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Our system ensures that individuals' health information is properly protected while allowing the flow of health information needed to provide and promote high quality health care.
Can your system integrate with other software systems?
Yes. We integrate using HL-7 industry standards.
Do you offer free upgrades and enhancements?
Yes. As long as our software support agreement is in force you will receive all upgrades and enhancements to our software at no charge.
Do you have after business hours emergency support? Yes. We have service after normal business hours, seven days a week.
Do you offer hardware technical assistance?
Yes. We have qualified service technicians on call to answer any questions related to hardware connectivity.
Is your Practice Management System completely integrated with Electronic Health Records (EHR)?
Yes. We have seamlessly tied our Practice Management System into our EHR for coding and billing.
Can we use a combination of voice, scanning and templates in the software to create the patients medical record?
Yes. We allow the user the flexibility to create the medical record using any of those tools as necessary.
Can I send all my insurance and patient statements electronically?
Yes. We use the top clearinghouses in the country to submit insurance claims and send electronic statements.
Can I access all my patient records remotely?
Yes. Using a static IP address for security, you can retrieve and amend patient data from any location in the world that has internet connectivity.
Is the system totally secure from unauthorized use?
The software contains security permission levels throughout, granting certain access to the appropriate persons.
What reporting capabilities does the software have?
The system comes with a powerful user-friendly custom report generator program which allows you to create your own custom reports and allows you to name them and run them as often as you desire.
Can I color code the type of appointments and specify certain times for those appointments?
Yes. The system allows you to create your own colors and types of appointments with time perimeters. The system will automatically search and find the next available appointment for that type of appointment and associated time frame.
Can you convert my patient data from my existing system to your software?
Yes! We have written conversion programs to convert patient demographic information and code tables from other companies.
What method of payment do you offer when purchasing your system other than cash?
We have very attractive lease rates that are very competitive. This allows you to select a monthly payment plan if you so desire rather than paying for the system upfront. We also take MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
