Our templates are not only the most flexible on the market, but they are also the most easily customized. The templates can be modified by adding or moving existing medical content objects or by creating new custom objects for your clinic. There is no limit to the number of objects you can create or how you can rearrange them in your templates.
The basis of the note is the single-screen, color-coded and default-based hypertext template. Dialog boxes can be launched by simply clicking the hypertext link on the screen. Once the new information is added, the screen is updated to include the changes. With this you can always see the information that is being added to the record.
Black - Template headers or hard-coded text.
Green - Completed text. This is the resulting text from a red or blue object.
Blue - Default text. Blue text can be left as default or launched to include additional information.
Red - Optional text. Red text can be clicked to launch the dialog box, or left as red text which is stripped out of the note upon saving.
