Gives patients 24 x 7 secure access to their medical information from the comfort and privacy of their own home or office. Allows patients to view prescription information, lab results, diagnostic results in a timely manner. Patients can request prescription refills, send and receive messages to and from the doctor or nurse, complete health assessments. Automatically alert patients of upcoming health maintenance reminders and procedure due dates.

Anytime, Anywhere Access
Via the WebPortal, patients and doctors can communicate easily and securely over the Internet. Patients are given secure passwords that grant them access to their physician’s system to view their own private set of documents including labs, diagnostics, statements and messages. Physicians can automatically alert patients of upcoming health maintenance reminders, procedure due dates and also send them lab results electronically—significantly reducing the need for patients to call the office. Furthermore, referring physicians can be provided access to view their patients’ clinical information in order to effectively participate in the care of the patient.

In addition, patients have the ability to utilize a Patient Kiosk to provide medical history, Chief Complaint, HPI and other information to the physician from the comfort and privacy of their own home or office.

Using the WebPortal and Kiosk provides patients and physicians with timelier interactions 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
