The patient's folder is designed to be organized and easy to use. Every piece of information is categorized under its own entry in the navigation tree. The user-friendly design and consistent icons allow users with limited computer knowledge to navigate the software quickly.

The Patient Chart allows your practice to create custom information panes that can be used for review, or to enter data directly into the patient's folder. All of the information added directly to the patient's folder can be pulled forward into a note, so the documentation workload is lessened for the physician.
