Correspondence
Referral letters are no longer a chore. It only takes just a couple of clicks to create a professional referral letter on your practice letterhead. Custom letter templates can be created by the clinic for different situations and can make certain that the referring physician doesn't receive the same letter each time. Letters can include either the entire body of the note, or just the impression and plan. The completed letter may be provided to other physicians via the secure WebPortal, faxed electronically from the program, or printed as hardcopy.
